Recruiting Outreach Coordinator
CORE Participant Network is hiring an entry level role to perform outreach for our research study recruiting.
About CORE Participant Network: We are a division of CORE Human Factors. Our goal is to make the recruiting of hard to find research participants easy for our clients and rewarding for the participant. CORE Participant Network is poised for growth and has opportunities to learn and advance a career.
The ideal candidate for the Recruiting Outreach Coordinator will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Daily activities will include a high volume of outbound calls, emails and sms messages to our prospective participants. These participants have proactively volunteered to participate in the studies.
NOTE: This is NOT a sales position. The participants have signed up to be contacted and are waiting to hear from us.
Compensation: $18/ hour with 1.5X over time
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Shifts that might include some weekends and evenings. Overtime available occasionally. Flexible.

Location: Primarily remote with some visits to the Bala Cynwyd, PA office (once per month and for training, as needed).
REQUIREMENTS:
A college degree (preferred, not required)
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project goals
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Google's suite of products
Ability to understand complex instructions and medical terminology
