Participant Recruitment Specialist

Core Human Factors is a human factors research consultancy that provides consumer, industrial, and healthcare-related product testing. We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our recruiting team. This team is critical to the success of our research and is growing to handle the recruitment of participants for our studies around the world. In this role, you will manage all aspects of participant recruitment for research projects. This would include managing project recruiting budgets, communicating field recruitment updates, and managing vendor relationships. You will coordinate the day-to-day activities for multiple projects simultaneously and will be responsible for effectively handling issues relating to recruiting and facility management.

Location: Primarily remote with some visits to the Bala-Cynwyd, PA office (once per month and for training, as needed).

Compensation: Annual salary based on experience

In this role you will also:

  • Play an important role in building the success of our team

  • Manage recruitment and logistical support for participants of qualitative research projects

  • Coordinate research fieldwork

  • Manage project budgets effectively to ensure profitability

  • Identify and network with internal and external groups

  • Directly recruit participants as needed

  • Be an effective and creative problem solver

  • Work with researchers to understand their participant requirements and help make adjustments based on viability of finding the recruits

Desired qualifications include:

  • A college degree

  • Qualitative fieldwork or Sales/Business Development experience

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project goals

  • Ability to build relationships with an array of people, networks and professional groups

  • A problem solver with a strong work ethic

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google's suite of products

  • Previous experience with medical/clinical organizations or in medical market research is desirable, but not required.
